Object: informative ex art. 10, legislation n.675 of 31/12/1996 and legislative decree n.196 of 30/06/2003.

The legislative decree D.Lgs. n. 196 del 30/06/2003 (Code in matter of personal data's protection) provides for the safeguard of persons and other subjects in matter of the personal data's treatment.

According to the indicated legislation, the treatment is based on the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and on the safeguard of your rights and your discretion.

In accordance with the Art.13 of the legislative decree 196/2003, therefore, we inform that:

We do not use sensitive/and/or judiciary data (data about the health, opinions about politics, unions, religious, phylosophy and anything else) for the service that we provide.

We will use the data provided orally or in writing, by magnetic support or by internet, according to the reciprocal obbligations resulting from the contractual relationship with you, and so we will use them for precontractual and / or contractual necessities and requirements, as well as for processing necessities or internal management (fulfillments, administrative-accounting-fiscal obbligations...), attendance post-sale.

We will not use your data in order to send you advertisment, promotions or something like that, if the customer do not demand it. This demand should show the consent expressed by the owner and it will not be by tacit agreement permitted. This consent can be expressed during the registration by pushing the box "I want to receive your newsletter".

The data will be used with electronic and computer instruments, and memorized on computer and paper supports, according to the minimal measures of emergency of ex legislative decree 196/2003.

All the requested data are obbligatory and / or necessary for contractual necessities. In case of failed insertion of one or more obbligatory data, the person concerned will not enjoy of demanded services, because we can not realize the contractual relationships. The data can be communicated to companies or organizations that work for us (data processing, legal and professional consultancies, included the concerning acts of external importance, transports and deliveries...), to baks and financial corporations for the mangement of payments and takings, for the credits' return or cession, remaining the demand of your consent whenever it is demanded by the lesiglsation.

In evert moment you can exercise your rights towards the treatment's owner, in accordance with the Art.7 of legislative decree 196/2003
